Miami Beach, FL / Feb 01, 2024— Hudson Resorts, Inc today announces the formation of its new parent company with affiliates Hudson International, MOOSH Labs, and HUDSON HOTEL COLLECTION™.

Hudson Resorts will offer independent hotel owners and investors a complete ecosystem of luxury hotel technologies, products, and services that will go to market early next year. Within the next few years, Hudson will begin opening hotel and private members clubs physical locations in key US markets including New York and Los Angeles.
